The cover of the antibacterial light features a coating that is applied uniformly to the surface in multiple layers.
These layers are comprised of “nano silver” that generates “nano ions” and “titanium oxide” that activates a photocatalytic effect.
The electricity and light emitted from a cold cathode fluorescent lamp (CCFL)acts on this antibacterial layer to exert an antibacterial effect.

① Treatment of test virus solution:
・Created test solution by inserting 10mL of test virus solution into a plastic petri dish (9cm diameter) (height of test virus solution inside the petri dish: Approx. 3mm)
・For the test category, we placed the test product inside a clean booth and placed the petri dish containing the test solution directly below it, then adjusted the test product light portion so that it was 30cm from the test solution surface.
・Removed the petri dish lid to start the test and then recovered virus solution from the petri dish after test start, at 4 hours from test start, and 8 hours from test start to measure virus concentration.
・For the control category, the test sample was placed on the clean bench without irradiating it, with samples taken at the same intervals. (Test environment temperature: 25°C ±2°C)
② Virus concentration measurement:
Each test solution that reached the stipulated sensitivity time for each test category was diluted by a factor of 10, then 100uL was introduced to cells cultivated on a 96well plate.
Determination was made conducting carbon dioxide gas cultivation (5%) at 37°C over five days, used a microscope to observe cultivated cells to confirm whether or not there was cytopathic effect (CPE) cell virus reproduction in the cultivated cells, and then measured concentration levels.
